A luxury, completely renovated at 2026 and only 20 meters far from the beach Studio with two single-bed (90x200) and located on the first floor of the villa. An extremely comfortable studio facing south, with a large number of sunny hours from the noon to late afternoon. It has fantastic views of both, the sea and the mountain. The balcony is equipped with tables and chairs, a drying rack for clothing and awning. In the secluded area, there is a small but functional kitchenette. Also, the kitchenette is equipped with small household appliances, so in addition to the refrigerator with freezer and it also has a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, espresso machine. The bathroom also has a shower with massagers and drying rack for towels/heater. The room has two large (90x200) single bed, closet with clothes rack, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV 32", laundry iron, hairdryer, mosquito net. There's a possibility of using a laundry machine.
