Some words about us

The house is located on the main road, only 50 m from the centre of Skala Sotiros and 20 metres from the main village beach. Pharmacy, shops, bars and bakeries are 15-50 m away. It is surrounded by a spacious courtyard with seating sets, and you are choosing whether to enjoy the shade of one of the pergolas or the natural shade of the palm tree. There is a barbecue in the courtyard that guests can use free of charge. The capacity of the house is 25 adults, and in some rental units there is the possibility of adding extra beds at a surcharge and baby cot for free. The units span at three levels. The lowered ground floor is a little entrenched relative to the level of the courtyard, which includes a reception area, two four-bed studios with a bathroom and a kitchen. These studiοs are suitable for people with disabilities who use wheelchairs. At this level there is also a bathroom with a washing machine available to all guests for their personal needs. On the ground floor is a four-bed apartment with a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom, a balcony and two separate bedrooms. There are five studios on the first floor, two of them double and three three-bed studios. Each studio on the first floor has a balcony and sea views. Rooms and courtyard are equipped with TOTAL TV with more than 100 channels in Serbian (sports, children's programmes, music, movies, entertainment, info) and the selection of channels to follow depends on the wishes of the guests. All units are equipped with air conditioning, and Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the courtyard.
