STUDIO DESCRIPTION

A luxury, completely renovated at 2026 and only 20 meters far from the beach Studio located on the first floor of the villa, facing west, with plenty of sunny hours until late afternoon. It has fantastic sea views and incredible sunsets. The balcony is equipped with tables and chairs, a drying rack for clothing and a awning. In the secluded area, there is a small but functional kitchenette. Also, the kitchenette is equipped with small household appliances, so in addition to the refrigerator with freezer, it also has a microwave, toaster, electric kettle and espresso machine. The bathroom also has a shower with massagers and drying rack for towels/heater. There's a possibility of using a laundry machine.
